Great place for college students to live. Very nice and helpful staff. Would highly recommend.
I've lived here since July 2017 and I only have good things to say about this place. The staff is always super friendly, if you need maintanace they come the same day if they can and never later than the next business day. You also can't beat the cost of rent in northern fort Wayne!

Great place to live, love the service the staff gives us! Unfortunately I’m moving out earlier than expected to live in California. So if anyone is interested in a one bedroom one big bathroom in a four bedroom apartment which is on the first floor let me know I’ll pay ur first months rent and electric and rent is 420 a month and electric is split between all four. Lease is until July so it’s perfect for summer housing. Let me know ASAP!

Living here is great! They make everything stress free and so incredibly easy! I love calling it home!
St. Joe is conveniently located right next to IPFW which makes for a very short commute in the rain or snow. Shelby in the front office is extremely helpful and always goes above and beyond to help meet the needs of the tenants. Having internet, cable, and water included in the rent makes things easy. Well kept, gated apartment complex.
Love the amenities and workers at the office are great! They love to help you with anything you need or when a problem arises. Got locked out of my apt and shelby helped me in less than five min to get back in ! You guys are the great!
