I did not have any issues, in fact it had been a wonderful experience, especially my nurse, Lisa, in ICU, until discharge, waiting for over 2 hours. I called for my nurse, haven't heard from her, then called for the nursing supervisor, guess what. haven't heard from him/her either. This is ridiculous!
Been here over 2 1/2 hours. This was the best ER in the area in October 2017. What happened? Still have not been taken back no one behind the desk can tell you anything. And she was rude. She needs people skills because she does not have any. So it's like just shut up and wait. The only person that tried to help is the security guard.

The only hospital you go in to get help and you get out there worst than when you first when in on the first place.
The staff is top notch! Doctors were good but took to long to see my mother! They know there stuff though! My mom Linda said she was glad they took care of her!
Poor nursing care, cleanliness of room 👎🏿 and bullied by doctors. My experience was terrible to say the least. As a clinician, I am very disappointed in the direction healthcare is going
It was a good experience all round, ER staff were first rate! Many male RNs, excellent staff doctors! Excellent meds for my wife fast heart rate, they were so helpful and caring! Old guy that transported my wife to second did excellent job! 29000 wing staff were first rate. House inters were great and knowledgeable!
Horrible Olympia Fields ER experience on May 22. People waited for over 5 hours to be seen! This is piss poor service from this so called medical facility!!!
