I sat in silence and pain.....for six hours and never saw a doctor. When I asked how long the wait would be, I was met with “I don’t know”, “you’re next”, “I have no idea”. So I came home to sit in silence and pain.....
My mother was a patient there for a few days. She was admitted for complications from chemo. When I arrived to visit one day she told that she was short of breath. I called a nurse who just said ok and then never came in to check on her. I went to the nurses station and thank goodness one of the nice nurses told me that everything was ok. The following day my mother asked for water and it took over an hour to get it. Absolutely ridiculous. Worst hospital ever! Rude staff and security. I’ve been here since 2:30pm and it’s now 12:15am. If you can go to another hospital it would be wise to do so Editing: still here and office Harris, nurse anthony and Barbra at the desk in the ER refuse to get someone in charge after being asked 4x in the last 5 hours! They are very rude. I definitely cannot wait for file a formal complaint against all 3 of them
