Horrible service, very unprofessional understaffed nurse and doctor the nurse gave me the wrong medicine.
Sleep study should last long as it takes to get the information needed, not when your work shift is over. I specified my odd sleep schedule during registration and was told it wasnt going to be a problem.
I have been in the emergency room several times myself and family members, never waited more than 30-45 mins. When crowded the wait time is longer (my visits were before that closure). Now they are serving a larger group of people, only so many rooms for patients.
Decent place and close to home.
The emergency room wait time is outrageous. I’ve been here now for 6 hours with no care outside of the initial triage. Vague information from the staff and I feel like I’ve been forgotten about or my case is not being taken seriously. I hope that I never have to come here or bring a family member in.
I like the atmosphere and the friendly services I received.
husband brought to emergency by ambulance from his work with extremely elevated blood pressure. left in emergency department hallway since no cubicles available. after 6 hours was still waiting for a room for overnight observation. this is how patients are treated with possible coronary problem?
My 91 year old grandmother has been in the ER for over 7 hours at this point, still no room and was just given a catheter in the public bathroom, where staff also attempted to soak wipes in the public sink before my mother stopped them. There are no attempts at privacy and it’s clear that HIPPA is being violated as care is being openly discussed in hallways where people wait for beds and rooms. This is a disgrace and I am utterly appalled.
