There poor service and concern for the inpatients and outpatients.
This place is horrible. They should have kept St. James Chicago Heights open. People are waiting 6..8 hours!
The experience I just had was absolutely disgraceful and I had the leave before getting my ultrasound results while still in pain ..... I won’t be back
The ER was wonderful. I was listened to and treated with respect The actual hospital is a disgrace. I am in extreme pain and was offered a drug I am severely allergic to twice.

Brought my mom in to ER triaged her 2 hours after we got here ,told to wait in lobby for”room”. Came in at about 6pm it is now 12:53 A.M. and still waiting to get “bed” just to wait for them then to do x-rays. I love my Dr from St James but this ER experience is not good and the young woman at window at 12:30 A.M. was rude to my brother who was just trying to find out what was taking so long. She refused to give him her name because “he was confrontational to her” she said.

My nephew was there almost 5 hours never even seen a doctor ended up leaving and there were people in there who have been in the waiting room for over 12 hours !!!! They should have never closed the heights if you all were not prepared to take on the patients! the nurse was rude to my sister telling her she doesn't know why there is such a wait she just started her shift so they are probably full or something for 12 hours ....
