I went to the emergency room tonight with my mom for an appointment. Her body has been going through A LOT lately, where she has been losing A LOT of blood. This is a serious condition and her doctor had said she needs to see someone ASAP. Well we have scheduled 2 appointments and they canceled twice on us. Then we go in tonight and we were waiting 30 min and we ask when she will be done again and she said it is going to be another 40 min. So we drove half an hour away to wait for nothing. I just had full knee replacement's on both knee's at the same time. The doctor's and the staff have been great, also at this hospital you get your own room. Very nice.
Thank You for Everything! My daughter got her tonsils out here and I can't say enough nice things about the entire staff during her surgery!! They made my daughter feel comfortable and took amazing care of her while keeping us informed!! Another trip to being admitted this weekend brought nothing but positive things to say about the hospital staff!! Dr. Boone is amazing and am so grateful for the level of care my daughter received! THANK YOU!!!
Had such great experiences with both of my deliveries! The staff was AMAZING and so helpful! Also love how spacious and home-y feeling the rooms are.
Very rude staff in diagnostics! Check in receptionist had a mouth full of food, didn't say anything and just grabbed my stickers. Nurses were unfriendly and had no happiness to them! Tried talking and asking questions and I had very little or no response. Very uncomfortable feeling!
