Had a very positive experience there earlier this year when my son was hospitalized with the flu. Wonderful care. Nicest most helpful staff. Truly top notch.
My sister is there because she was diegnosed with stage 4 cancer. It is in her lymphoids and bones (sacrum, hips, spine, clavicle and jaw). She was considered a fall risk and fell backwards hitting her head on the bed frame and floor while in the presence of the aid and myself. Nothing was really done until we asked for confirmation that she was OK and she didn't have anything broken. But believe she has suffered several compound fractures on her spine. Great place!!! The most professional people I have met!!! Very friendly environment!!!
Terrible experience so far my wife goes in for an ankle sprain. The Physician assistant says he would have given her a boot if she came in sooner but won't do that to her now. So he says she needs a brace which they don't have. He then doesn't give crutches or anything at all to help her walk out. He says you need to go to Walgreens to get a brace which they come to find out don't even have either. Trying to figure out what I paid for tonight. The ER was wonderful every time I've been there. My fiance and I wouldn't be here if it weren't for wonderful care at St. Francis.
