Great care team, short waiting time. Very pleased with my experience here
Kawasaki Disease. Please educate your doctors on this terrible illness. Wasted two valuable days in you "hospital" being told that my child had a virus. Not one person gave her a through exam. No one bothered to look at her rash, or listen to me for that matter. You need to do a better job of keeping your hospital clean also, came in with Kawasaki, left in an ambulance to children's and discovered she had staph too. We will never return to this shitty, dirty hospital!
Just wanted to give a shout out to St. Francis for taking care of my grandmother after her pretty nasty fall. I appreciated the translator and how thorough the staff was with her care. They went over and beyond to make sure she was comfortable and unafraid. Makes me proud to be a volunteer here too :)
All the staff is great, and I love how everyone gets to celebrate the Birth of a new baby, just listen for the lullaby!
My son had same day surgery recently and the staff was AWESOME! ! I love the remodeling but wish there was a gift shop. Really thought the lullaby over intercom when a baby is born was cool.
DO NOT GO HERE!!!!! I went to the urgent care and without telling me they put me into the ER. So now i have a huge bill and they wont do anything about it. I also only saw the doctor for about 30 seconds and then after a 2 hour wait the nurse came in and sent me home without telling me what they found out. This hospital will screw you over. Stay away.
I've never had a better experience at any other hospital. I recently delivered a premature baby and the care and attention we've both received has been far beyond what I would expect. The nurses are awesome. They genuinely care about me and my baby. They've been fun, engaging and supportive. They always have a smile and couldn't be nicer. They've all gone out of their way to make me feel comfortable, safe and well informed. I will miss every one of them when we finally get to leave.
The hospital rooms are extremely nice. The Doctors, Nurses, and Aides are wonderful. But the food is horrible. Plan on your visitors bringing alot of takeout.
