Everyone was so attentive and caring! From the doctors to nurses to housekeeping! I retained alot of knowledge from the Diabetes RN and Dietitians... Thank you all for taking so good care of me!
Very friendly staff. Waited a little longer than I thought we should.. some of the people were there because they were suicidal. Depression.. and angry.. I think that people like that should have a very fast assessment.. alot of them wanted to change their minds and leave. . Getting people to go get help is a very major accomplishment.. need to get them seen faster is all I'm saying.. but overall everything else was good just the wait was very very long
Pre Op nurse awesome, 3 hour wait for??? Surgery. Nurse that brought my guy back to room rude, dry but her replacement Kristy was awesome, very patient and caring.. Surgeon Dr Wheat gets an A++++ PS..I had just recently had a total knee 3 weeks ago, no one offered me a wheelchair, Had I seen one I would have asked.
I had out-patient surgery there yesterday & everyone I encountered was friendly & nice.
