Pain management on 10th floor is awful. I've had better pain management and care for a twisted ankle. My head doctor is amazing. I really like him. He knows his stuff. That's why he's the head doctor. It seems like everyone else that works on this floor know nothing. They need more structure. I have cellulitis on one hand and blood clot on the other and am in extreme pain. It seems like no one here cares. My nurse last night carol was great very nurturing and caring. Cnas also great. Wouldn't recommend this hospital though. ... read more
The nurses are awesome I would have given the hospital 5 stars but the cafeteria staff and accommodation's needs some work and I came from out of town to visit my Aunt is in the hospital I had to sleep on the hard couches in the waiting area
24 hour post-surgery and still waiting for a room in the ICU...
Arrived early, as requested, for an outpatient procedure. Ushered to a room and told to change. One and one half hours later and no one has even taken her vitals.
My mom has to visit St Francis at least every two months to receive her injections. She is a Kidney patient, but with such great care from her doctor, and receiving her treatments at St Francis, she is doing great. We was there on Wednesday 12-7-2016, and the Love that my mom received on yesterday was just amazing. She was treated like she was the only patient there, best customer service.
