Received great training on Pediatrics, OBGYN and sepsis! A sincere thanks to the doctors and nurses who take time out to instruct.
I had outpatient gallbladder surgery there yesterday. I had excellent care from the moment we walked in the door. Everyone I came in contact with was extremely nice to me. All of the nurse's were so nice & they were great in holding area prior to surgery as well. I have heard some negative things about inpatient at this hospital but I give the outpatient staff all stars! Thanks for taking sure good care of me!
The doctor ordered that my wounds be cleaned. It's in my chart that I am allergic to iodine, but the nurse still brought a bottle of Betadine with her and tried to say it wasn't iodine. Then to "clean" my wounds all she did was pat some wet gauze over them. Not at all how you clean and debride wounds.
The staff in the er room was very kind. I was some scared but came home.
Everybody in the OP Surg area was wonderful to my husband.
3rd Floor ICU in Thompson Tower, has some of the best nurses and nurses aides EVER!!! They are taking such good care of my mom! God bless them!
