GREAT STAFF GREAT FOOD ALL AROUND WONDERFUL HOSPITAL
I'm still here at St Frances; but from the moment I checked into the ER it's been most satisfying. I was seen in a rush timely manner and was very cared for in the ER. I had an awesome Nurse and The Doctor came in and spoke to me clearly to help me understand what was going on with myself. I was admitted immediately and I've been cared for and treated with much respect by all Nurse, CNA's, Transporters, Housekeeping, EKG Techs & Cafeteria Employees. Can anyone explain to me how in the world I can be billed (two separate bills) from this hospital and I have not been treated here in over a year? I went into the ER and was told by the lady at the desk in a nurses uniform that they do not take my insurance. Another nurse suggested a different hospital that was close and I left. Somehow I have now been billed over $700! I did sign in prior to being told that they no longer take Humana, I had surgery there last year and I am having the same problem as before so that is why I ... read more
