Terrible Terrible Terrible! Both my wife and myself received terrible treatment at this facility. Never again!
St. Francis is "OK" for a hospital but if I had a choice I would have gone elsewhere. This is not the most cleanly hospital that I have ever seen and there is no communication between nursing staff. The individual nurses are great and seem genuinely concerned about their patients, but important info is not passed between surgery and the floor. In addition, the nurse patent ratio must be awful high, because it takes forever for them to respond to an alarm. I could have ordered meds on eBay and got them shipped to me faster th... read more
My Mom Had To Stay Here 3 Days && They Treated Her Very Well !
So, I was on a business trip in Memphis earlier this week and ended up here! I was was so well taken care of ! The medical attention that I received was like no other and I have had my share of experiences elsewhere. The beat way i can describe the care I received was "succinct" everything was on cue! They never missed a beat with my care and they were never short of a polite and caring word. Thank you ER and the 10th Floor despite how awful I felt , it was a wonderful 3 1/2days! July from NOLA
