The staff and the drs and the nurses treat you like family they were good to me when I was there in 2013
I would not recommend St. Francis Hospital of Memphis. I went there for light, minor surgery and left with a massive doctor's bill and horrible scarring. No thanks.
I have two complaints 1) I had the pleasure of dealing with a patient advocate who was rude and condemning and refused to listen to my side of a situation. She acted self-righteous and was not there to resolve a situation but to place blame. I made a complaint about the situation later and the hospital never responded. I guess they don't care. 2) when the facility was done running tests on my mother they left her wander about and told me to go around the building to another door to get her. I have been to this hospital twice. My experiences there were fine, however, the billing for my two ER visits has been horrific. It has been over a year for both of these visits and I'm still receiving calls from debt collectors. I have insurance and paid my $100 copay after each visit. I began receiving medical bills that did not reflect my in-network insurance. My son was there for medicine management Im not impressed at all staff are rude dr tried to do things without cousulting my sons care team and that she wasnt qualified or authorized to do I will not take my family there again
I have now given birth to 2 children here and I wouldn't pick any other! I cannot explain just how phenomenal my experiences have been here. You guys have an amazing team that truly cares about their patients and our families. Thank you all so much!!!
