Anytime my mother had medical issues, I would bring her to St Francis and we have always had positive reviews. But, this time, not so good. She did a stress test earlier this morning and we were told after she returned that they would have the results in a few hours hopefully by noon. It is now 345 pm and we are still waiting. I asked her nurse on duty and she said no news yet. Why does it take so long to get these results? VERY FRUSTRATED!!
I've been here for a while! Why am I not being seen? The put me in the fast track area and I've not been seen yet....smh.this is horrible.
Had a great experience on my surgery today. Very good nurses and doctors. Great care and help u with what ever u need.
I've been in the hospital three times since October and have gone to Saint Francis Park every time. I have been so impressed with all of the staff! My Doctor is amazing (Dr. Michael Podraza) the care is top notch, all the nurses have given me such great care. Both in Labor and Delivery and in outpatient surgery, they have all been so sensitive to my needs and very quick to respond if I needed help. They charge at least 3 times what other places charges. I was just astonished when I received my bill, even after insurance negotiated rates. For example, I had an EKG two months prior to St Francis at my doctor's office and it costs $37. At St Francis is was $237. Chest X-ray at doctor's office was $56 but was $389 at St Francis. It is just absurd what they charge. Yes, I understand it was an emergency room but my son just went to Lebonheur emergency room and his bill was 1/3 of what St. Francis charged. The 4th floor nurses have been awesome!! They seem to really care about the patient and we haven't had to wait very long when we called them down to the room. The surgery on my mom's spine went very well and so far there have not been any problems
