RecommendedToday my almost 2 year old split his forehead open after falling into a table. The staff was very patient with him. As the dr stitched him one of the nurses helping kept talking calmly to my little guy. Saying his name and talking encouraging words. Sometimes I feel with young children we forget how much they understand and how much they hear and listen. I feel by her simple act it help comfort my scared little one. Thank you ER staff tonight for helping provide comfort and service to my little boy.

I had a very unfortunate experience at SR memorial hospital. I was transported by the paramedics with excruciating abdominal pain and passed out twice. I was in the ER for 6 hrs. The doctor on duty spoke briefly to me and ordered blood work, CT scan. No physical contact, the doctor never examined me. When CT scan report he came back to give me results, was distracted left my room and said I’ll be back to explain treatment. He never returned to finish explaining my condition. RecommendedHe is an awesome Doctor. Had surgery on my Achilles Tendon in July. From day one after sugary never had any pain. He takes time and explained things with me. I would recommend Dr. Nihar Ghate to anyone. He cares about his patients, he’s Number 1 in my book. Also his staff is caring and awesome also. Thanks for caring.

RecommendedAbsolutely wonderful staff and exceptional care! This was my first visit to a medical facility since moving to Richmond. The front desk check in, to my triage nurse and the physician Dr. Gil who took care of me, it was top notch care and comfort. I was in tremendous pain and every staff member facilitating me to the best of their ability with a packed waiting room. I am grateful I found this ER facility!
I am in law enforcement and I take my job seriously and give my best efforts everyday and I hope others in my profession do the same but know that's not the case. The same goes in the healthcare field because I know some great workers in the field but unfortunately that wasn't the case here.
