This office is a joke. I’m hey constantly have doctors in and out of here. I’ve been going here since I was a kid and I’ve lost count of how many doctors I’ve had. I think just in my adult life I’ve had five or six doctors. I honestly don’t know why this is the case but, it makes it very difficult to even just establish care with someone let alone have regular long term care with them. RecommendedThis is my first time here. I have to say every single staff member I have encountered has been amazing. I am here for pre term labor and the nurses from labor and delivery and antepartum care are just so attentive and have such compassion. Walked in with wife in a lot of pain. No receptionist, no security guard, nothing. Made it into the back and got someone. Took her financial info, disappeared again. No screening for Covid, no triage. Never saw another soul for the next hour. Finally left and went to another ER and got help. They never even checked on us. She could have died in the lobby and they would have no idea. Videoed empty hospital with time stamps for documentation, but review only allows still pics.

RecommendedI just want to say that I appreciate adventhealth. I had my gallbladder taken out today and every member of the team from the bottom to the top instantly caught on to my anxiety kicking in. I was treated with so much respect and assurance that it would be okay. Even to the prayer as they got ready to take me back. Staff didn’t really screen for covid, no temperature checks, one ER entrance, potential COVID patients are right across the room from you in the waiting area, I was sat in front of someone with a cough and fever and that wasn’t enough to isolate him. Overheard a nurse being sick and was allowed to return to work without a covid test...
place is garbage. this is why web md is a thing.
