125 Commonwealth Dr, Bon Secures, Greenville, SC, 29615, United States
Get directionsI understand about covid right now but you can't get a hold of them.Even just getting a renewal on a medication like metformin or one of my antidepressants is near impossible. you don't just stop any of those meds. sent a request thru my chart and I'm told this med is not refillable at this time. No explanation. call the office no results. Evidently Dr is missing and they don't know when he'll be back. I'm currently looking for a new doctor that cares for his patients.
There's got to be a better way for covid testing. Maybe, book an online appointment like the Apple Store does. I showed up, was told the wait is 2.5 hours, but that I would have to wait in my car all that time. "I'll be back in two hours, I said." "No, because we may call you early and if you're not here within five minutes, you'll mess us up and have to forfeit your appointment." What?! That's the best system the office manager here can think up?! 🤣
All the emergency room needs is a “whites only” water fountain. The staff never missed a chance to make me feel like it was 1948. When I wasn’t laying on a gurney in the hallway, I was laying on a gurney half dressed in a freezing room where nobody came to check on me for hours on end. When called out on their lack of care all I got was eyerolls and excuses about how hard everything was for them because of “Covid”...easily my worst hospital experience...and I have had some bad ones. Must to avoid for any BIPOC patient.
i have been treated so well here eveytime. i have used the facility.

They have everything online. I even paid my copay before I got there. I was called to a treatment room on time, had X-rays and saw Dr. Phan, was fitted for a hand brace and out of there in 30 minutes. Everyone was super nice. Bonus!

I’ve never felt like less of a human than I did at this “hospital”. Compassion fatigue is a real thing and if you’re not self aware enough to realize that you no longer care for your patients, that you can no longer have empathy for another human when they come to you in their most vulnerable state... you need to reasses your career and step back from patient services while you fill your own cup back up. Absolutely horrific and disgusting experience 0/10 would not recommend.
I cannot begin to express my deep gratitude and appreciation for the wonderful care I received at Advent Health Orlando. I was in the hospital at the Rollins location 11/6-11/9/2020, room 14818. The staff was compassionate, professional and extraordinarily attentive and knowledgeable. My hats off to Drs Debesche-Adams and Kudish and their staffs. They are brilliant and gifted surgeons in my humble opinion. I was in the hospital for preplanned robotic surgery. I never felt alone, never had unanswered questions or unaddressed ... read more
