We been in the ER since 1230 in the afternoon. At 6pm they told us they were working on getting us a bed in oncology for our son. It’s now 1230am and we are still sitting in the ER. This is crazy.
Crooks!!! Took my son who need sutras, he had 6 sutras over his eye. Doctor was done in 15 mins. I received a bill from the ER facility for the visit, ZERO dollars owed. I get an additional bill from US Acute Care Solutions, who “provide” the Doctor and their bill $2,200.00, 15 mins. This is why healthcare system is crap because of companies like this.

RecommendedI went in Saturday night with abdominal pains. I was taken back for tests fairly quickly. My longest wait was awaiting my ct scan but even that wasn’t too bad. After being diagnosed with appendicitis, I was quickly put in a room and given pain meds and scheduled to see the surgeon the next day. Come in and sit here for hrs. It’s a joke you here. People come in with possible broken bones and get right in. My nose and eye are swollen and still haven’t been seen. Guess what giving it another 15 mins and I’m walking out!!!

RecommendedI was just released this morning. All of my nurses but 2 were Angels. The cleaning staff was precious! I was on floor 4, in the ER, and CCU My best experience was two nurses I had in CCU. When I pressed the call button,they were there in a second! Now, for my big complaint!! I am saying this for several different people that was in the waiting room just as I was!.
