They are the best... I had to get in right away for a surgery release.... I was able to get in to see Tara Pasquale... she is an amazing caring person (PA).... Very concerned about my condition and made sure all the I's were dotted and the T's were crossed.. . Great expirence..

Receptionist was away dealing with a medical rep. So l had to wait 15 minutes or so to be checked in. She was told over the internal phone system, by a agressive to the point voice , not to as it was past my check in time. Fortunately she was sensible enough to respond to the voice with a quick explanation, and the statement "l am checking him in". She and every one l came into contact with made it a general improvement on some of my previous visits.
Haven't been here in awhile. Made an appointment because of being sick. I thought my appt was for 4:45 but they said it was for 4:15. They still fit me in, the wait was not long and I saw Dr Foster for the first time. She was very pleasant.
The doctors are all pretty good but If the doctors could educate their staff, what the proper manner is to treat people, the practice could thrive. They do so now because people just accept it as the norm, plus they are the only practice really in the Barto/Bally area. If people got treated like this at Giant they would call the manager and complain. You're spending money for a service. Guarantee if your plumbers staff was like this, you would have a new plumber.
