I have been going to Coventry Family for about 15 years. I can't remember having a negative experience. I just recently experienced problems with my computer and phone (new modem problems). I called the front desk, explained my problem and asked that Dr. Young call me on my cell. An hour later Dr. Young called. I have always experienced a pleasant person in Dr. Young saying "hello", courtesy in letting me explain my problem, and I am always asked for clarification if I wasn't clear. Consistently the worst care I have ever gotten. Latest case in point being told by Dr. Kaliner herself that I should come back on Monday if the 3 different meds she gave me don't work because it could mean a more serious situation and instead I am told by the staff there are no appointments and they are unwilling to put me on hold to ask Dr. Kaliner herself. Ineptitude abounds at this practice and I wouldn't trust them with my life. Obviously we'll be finding a new doctor ASAP!!

When your at the office It's very nice... But trying to get a return call when your in need is horrible...in the past I needed about 3 more days of pain meds for chronic back pain and couldn't even get a return call...Recently suffered a traumatic loss and with a past history of extreme anxiety...and being off meds by meditation...I needed and received a script until I could see a psychiatrist...can't be seen for a month and trying to rescript to fill the gap...not the added stress I need right now
