I've never had such a difficult time making an appointment! We recently moved to PA from MD, my daughter saw a nephrologist at Children's National in D.C. and I've been trying to get her into St. Christopher's since November!! I've called the nephrology department and left very detailed messages SEVERAL times yet no one ever calls me back. my daughter is on medication for hypertension and needs a new Dr ASAP! Extremely frustrating!

I’ve been trying to schedule a new pt appt for 3 weeks. I’ve left several messages with no call back. I’ve sent several “contact me” requests that have gotten ignored. I have yet to speak to a live person. I can’t imagine there being an emergency because there’s no sense of urgency here. Im ready to change my sons insurance just so avoid being capitated to this place.
