I can't THANK the staff enough. My daughter was in on 9.1.15 for surgery @ SPU for her broken arm. Everyone in that unit from the security guys at front desk to all the nurses, anesthesiologist and my daughters savior Dr. Kwon. He definitely showed his care towards my Ally. As well as her Dad & I. After recovery we were off to an overnight stay. I must say her nurses by far on floor #4 North wing ROCK. Thank you to all of the staff. I was very happy to be able to have 2 of my son's medical care available in the Philadelphia area, however, after being given incorrect information I received a $100 bill for a deductible, when you said my son's items would be free. This is just incompetence, but hey I guess $100 is nothing???? Additionally, after having to question someone how long I needed to wait for my other son's cardiology appointment (1:40 in the waiting room) I was told 2 hours. They quickly got us in...almost like he was forgotten? That appointment ... read more
My son was in ICU for about 40 days. The Drs and nurses were incredible. At one point we weren't sure he'd ever make it out and they honestly never gave up. If you see him now you'd never know he was sick let alone so critically ill, just 9 months ago. He just got discharged from neurology today which was our last specialist. As grateful as I am, beyond happy that God willing we won't be back ♡♡
My daughter was transferred here from a different facility and I am soooo glad they did! From the nurse and paramedic that picked us up to each and every member of the team of doctors and nurses that are caring for her I have yet to be disappointed. My daughter is intubated and sedated in the ICU and they talk to her, rub her hair, and at the same time care for me. I recommend this facility to ANY one needing care for their child.
