Had the best care the Dr was great I broke my left wrist in 2013 had great care then in Feb broke my right wrist my 1st choice was st Charles they gave me an appointment the same day every one was so nice
Friendly staff, excellent doctors...the only thing that I was disappointed in was the fact that my prescription was never called in to the pharmacy...by the time I realized the office was closed.
They helped me in so many ways, just disappointed that after neck surgery a year later still in tons of pain and my upper and lower back really stinks, it needs fixing but my Dr. Sabbiah is friendly and a great surgeon. The dr changed his address, it's alot from ridge ny to drive too in my condition. But I'm here. :)
Everyone from Dr Schrank and his office and the staff at St Charles Hospital was top notch. Dr Schrank did an unbelievable job!
Just walked out after waiting a full hour to see Dr Gamez. This is after he canceled my appt the week before and last month just didn't show up, sent his PA. I used to like this practice, not sure what happened to them.
I had an appointment that took 4 weeks because this doctor had time off. Good for the doctor, but when I received a phone call at 4:55 pm today telling me that my 8:30 am appointment was cancelled because she was coming in late, and I had not other options, was EXTREMELY UNPROFESSIONAL!
