Seems like Dr Capellini’s Babylon office has gotten too big for its britches! Office employees do not know the health plans and how to collect co-pays, takes forever to get a call back, seems like it’s difficult to get a live person on the phone and follow up appointments are way too far in advance

RecommendedThe Staff is pleasant and caring. I've had two surgeries here and both were very successful. I also had other issues that did not require surgery. The doctors who have treated me are all top quality people, kind, professional and they took the time to explain procedures to me. I would not go anywhere else for my orthopedic needs.

I need to explain my grade. This is about the office of Dr. Cappelino who is a member in West Babylon. Reason Im giving a 1 star is that my dad is in Physical therapy just released by the hospital. He has a lot of pain in a shoulder because of bursitis and cant move it so while he is there we wanted a fast visit with Dr. Capilano for the reason not to waste his 2 to 3 weeks in the physical therapy center. As much as I know from our main dr all he needs is a shot or two to be able to move without pain. Without it my dad will ... read more
