RecommendedThe entire staff, nurses, doctors, anesthesiologists are amazing.. I’ve been twice in two months , once in the ER and once for ambulatory surgery. I was extremely happy with the care I received both times. I hope to be back again someday to experience their maternity section 😊❤️ 5️⃣🌟

My autistic son has been admitted to St. Charles Hospital. He requires constant supervision. I was called in to provide overnight supervision. St. Charles staff, the nursing supervisor in particular, ran me out of there like I was carrying the plague. If anything happens to my boy due to lack of supervision, I hold St. Charles liable, because they had someone not only willing and able to provide supervision, but uniquely qualified to do so, and chased me off. Count on it.
RecommendedI’ve had multiple procedures at Good Sam and the Doctors and Nurses and entire staff are always awesome - they make you sure that you are in the best hands and they even call you at home - made me feel so much less anxious - thanks guys ❤️
They denied my multiple times of my right to informed consent. Even when I asked the nursing supervisor and PA about what tests were being done, I was told I can just refuse it I don’t want them. How would one know if they want if they are not informed? Nursing supervisor and PA said they have too many patients to do that (a federal requirement Patients bill of rights are...) and whatever the Dr wants her just throws it in there and if you don’t like that, you don’t go to the hospital.
