Very nice office, everyone is friendly. I like Dr Gamez, very friendly and tells you what's going on.
Yesterday was my first appointment. I saw Dr Puopolo. He was great. I went in for pain due to severe arthritis in my thumb. My experience couldn't of been better. Thank you Dr Puopolo my pain level is at least 50% better. Highly recommended.
Dr. Frakenberger is the best. From day one she assessed my issues and pain and went to work! Wait times are kept to a minimum. Many options of offices to be seen. I could not be happier that I found St. Charles Ortho.
Dr. Christoforou is the best. I'm lucky to have him to take care of my problematic wrist. A wonderful doctor who truly cares about his patients. Highly recommend!
i was seen right at my appointment time and Dr Sileo is very forthcoming and gives you a clear answer and what the next steps are....on some visits i have met with his PA Rich is excellent as well.
I had a horrendous experience during my (scheduled appt.) with Dr. Chen in the Riverhead office on 11/9/16. When I scheduled appt., asked if I needed to fill out paperwork. Was told no since Already in system. Get there and they say "0h No....you Need to fill out every year. I was in tremendous pain, so not a good start.
