This past Spring my son, a rising senior at Sachem strained his left hamstring during a school baseball game. We went to St Charles Rehabilitation who quickly assed the injury and sent us to Dr Quellar. She was attentive, knowledgable and gave the valuable advice for a recovery. 1 month into his summer season he significantly strained his Right hamstring.
