I wish there was a 0 star option. For the past 6 years I have been leasing vehicles. My original Hyundai dealer closed and Napleton took over. I did not like my experience and went to St. Charles Hyundai. They will do anything to sell you are car but after you have it you are old news. Had issues with tax paperwork that Hyundai Moter Finance said the dealer should have given me and the dealership is giving me the run around. I called twice and got two different answers. Just had my first oil change at St Charles Hyundai. It was an excellent experience. I made a reservation. They waited on me promptly, and they completed the oil change quilt. The customer lounge was very nice too. I will he back for my next one and any other service. Madeline Zwikelmaier

You can NEVER reach anyone by phone. I had to call the parts department to find out if my car was ready because no one called. "We are really busy.". Well guess what? So are hospitals. if you can't get up maybe you need to hire more people or schedule fewer appointments. it's frustrating because we had such a positive experience when we bought car in 2016. I just bought a new Venue there and was extremely pleased with the entire experience. From Courtney to Matt Saller, not only did I feel welcomed, but I felt they really valued my business, even though my car didn't have the biggest sticker price. They wanted me to feel like family and wanted me to be happy knowing I had made a great choice for me. DeMarcus was great. He took his time on my first purchase and made me feel like I was making the right decision from the beginning. He was very open to listening to what I looked for.
