My SUV warranty repair was supposed to be done Monday. Didnt recieve my vehicle back until Wednesday evening. Service department attempted to charge my husband $700 for a warranty wheel repair that was approved by the service manager at no charge to us. Recieved my vehicle back with wax smeared all throughout the paint. extremely disappointed and aggravated with the service department. after dropping my wife's vehicle off for warranty wheel repair sat and being told it would be done Monday, I call Monday afternoon and am told it will be done Tues. I call Tues and am told it will be done wensday. The premier Hyundai dealership in the St. Louis Metropolitan area! They take care of their customers as well as the employees!
Spent 3 hrs in the dealership. Walked out on them when they couldn’t figure out how to properly run a persons credit. I have talked to a auto finance manager and they stated what I thought to be true. You don’t have to run all three credit bureaus as long as one comes back over 800. My wife and I both have over 800. Their loss. Don’t go to their dealership. Absolutely ridiculous.
We bought a car from St. Charles Hyundai a few years ago and had a great experience. We sent my mother there in April and we were so disappointed to hear of her experience. She was not offered the advertised leases and the pricing she was quoted for purchasing a car was ridiculously higher that it should have been. Putting 10,000 down, she was told her payment on a 20,000 car would be $350 a month for 4 years at 7% interest. When you do the math, it should have been 239.46.
