I’ve bought 2 cars this year and recently looked over my paperwork. How can you pay $55,000 for a car that list for $52,000. They keep you so busy talking that you don’t ever expect them to do that. Should have checked my paperwork earlier and I wouldn’t have bought the 2nd one. My credit score is in the 800’s and they financed me at 6%. I have left s few messages but no one calls back. This was one of my best car buying experiences! I felt like I was heard when I told Will what I wanted, and I didn't get the runaround with financing and back and forth like I've had with other dealerships!
Had a nice experience today. Took my Hyundai Tucson to St. Charles Hyundai (they also have a Nissan dealership next door) for a routine oil change and tire rotation. They said it took longer than normal, so they did not charge me. I didn’t say anything about the time. I didn’t have an appointment. They just offered. I accepted. �
The service department is wonderful!! The always take great care of me when I bring my car in. I won’t take my car anywhere else!!
