I went in today to find a new car. I wasn’t expecting to have to get a new one right now so I went in a little overwhelmed. That all changed when Aaron Litton helped me. He explained all the benefits of leasing a car and how it would all work out for me. I felt extremely comfortable and respected on all aspects of having to deal with getting a new car. Was having an issue with my Sirius XM satellite not working. Called and Spoke with Kelly. After thinking I was going to have to make an appointment, she suggested restarting my system. She walked me through how to restart the screen and IT WORKED! Thank you for letting me escape the appointment!

I took my car to Saint Charles Hyundai at 10:30 this morning for an Express Oil Change. They said it would be an hour and a half. Over 4 hours later the car still had not been touched. They gave us the runaround on the telephone and said a manager would call us back but never did. I have purchased two cars from Hyundai and I have used the Saint Charles Hyundai many times for service and oil changed but I will never ever patronize your establishment again.

I purchased my car from here in 2011. Now six years later, my car needs repair to pass safety and emissions. Not only did it take them a week to inspect my car, they told me the cost would be the same as what I️ had paid for the car prior..... six years ago.. I️ then took it to the local shop 5 minutes away and told me(within 24hrs) it would cost 1/4 the amount your company offered me . Thanks for nothing, You lost by business.
I went it to get my car serviced.. Really good customer service, keeps you aware of what’s going on and everything is completed in a timely manner.
