Was just here a few days ago with my fiance in the ED. The staff was amazing, to say the least. From the ED to the OR, everyone was so nice and accommodating. My family has been coming to St. Francis for years and I have never had a bad experience. Just want to shout out a few names: Cathy, Christine, Christina, Mercedes, and Carol from the ED were amazing with my fiance's needs. The doctors, nurses were great. Their Case Management is Extremely Horrible. Very disappointing & upsetting....still waiting for someone to get back to me.
