Great drs & staff..the wait in emergency was not long.thr. Drs & nurses took great care of me..
Avoid “RN’s” LEILA and MELISSA unless you have been raised similarly to a Spartan in the Ancient Greek tradition. These two will let you suffer until THEY deem it time to administer pain specialist ordered medicine...you will have to SCREAM until THEY like it!!But hey, what goes around comes around so “nurse Laila”, “nurse Melissa”—-enjoy the Darkness of your Afterlife ,at least you can keep each other company with stories of the “fun” you had.Terrible
Everyone here is very courteous and helpful..couldn't have had a nicer experience considering the circumstances.
I sat in the ER at St. Charles for over 2 hours. There was only 3 patients and they were only able to get 1 person out of the waiting room. I left for Stonybrook and Stonybrook had me back in a 1/2 hour. If your in pain don’t go to St. Charles.
Is unbelievable how don’t care about anything in this place waiting for over 3 hours for some one to give my kid some Tylenol Don’t bring your kids to this place
I delivered both of my premature babies at St. Catherine’s and wouldn’t have wanted to be anywhere else. From Labor & Delivery to the NICU, my children and I received the best possible care. The staff was friendly, personable, and made us feel right at home. There is something very special and undefinable about the NICU nurses at St. Catherine’s. I would recommend childbirth at this hospital to anyone who wants a beautiful, personal, and calming experience.
