RecommendedThis past Friday I had two big old molars removed from the back of my mouth. Not a pleasant thought! From the time we entered the office at 8:45 am, I found the entire staff to be pleasant and helpful. Theresa greeted us warmly, Yari, Dr. Johnson’s assistant made me feel at ease. Dr. Johnson explained exactly what he was going to do and completed the extractions. I had a small problem after I got home. Sent to have CAT scan quoted 400 and change then paid the bill it was 650 had no choice but to pay the bill but will never go back. This is what I tell everyone about my experience. Did not make me happy.
RecommendedStaff is very friendly, knowledgeable, and efficient. Dr. Johnson is professional and does a fantastic job. He takes the time to question the patient's goals and expectations and explains the process, the cost, suggests treatment to meet the patients goals/expectations. At the same time, he ensures the patient knows the limitations of procedures and products.
All around great staff! Dr Johnson is very skilled and attentive to detail. Love this office!
Dr. Johnson and staff are FANTASTIC. I went to have a mole removed from the left side of my face. This mole had gotten so big I could see it smiling in pictures! I knew there would be a scar but it had to go. Once Dr. Johnson was finished and they handed me a mirror I was so pleased with the results I almost cried. You can barely see where the mole once existed! Dr. Johnson and his staff were so positive and friendly it was a great experience! Thank you all!!
