Have had many tests and procedures at SSM Saint Mary's. Always received excellent care.
The bathrooms were gross and smelled like urine and the receptionist at the one day surgery was very rude. I'm not impressed so far:/
Many admissions 2013-2014. Employees were very professional, and caring!! HATS off to 2 west!!!
We have been here in ER for 4.5 hours. When asked if this was normal the nurse laughed. Really funny to my mom who is in pain. It's a shit show here.
