Quiet and peaceful! Staff was very nice and respected the family's privacy.
I brought my mother here Friday evening 9-16-16. I was very displeased with the ER experience, however, she was admitted in less than 40 minutes on the 4th floor. She has received excellent care. She has needed a lot of help and no one has acted like she was too much trouble. Thank you! God bless Melissa D. Green
The nurse Amina was so awesome she was the best nurse I have came across she treated my grandma Dorothy Reed with the utmost respect an dignity I have never seen my grandma feel comfortable around a nurse as she did with the overnite nurse on the 3rd floor. So I want to say THANK YOU SO MUCH FOR CARING FOR MY GRANDMA!!!!!
SSM Health St. Mary’s Hospital - St. Louis We had the very worst experience start to finish with this hospital. Please consider your options if you need care. We were treated as though we were uninsured and unwelcome.
The nurses caring for me were phenomenal. They made my stay a pleasant one. That may sound strange but it's true. They would come in to my room with great attitudes and always wore a smile. They were gentle, attentive and patient. I could feel each one loved what they did because it showed in their care.
