They take really great care of people. All my experiences have been positive. Doctors and nurses work together very well.
I was terribly disappointed at my last appointment when I saw multiple pieces of anti-union propaganda and absolutely no information on COVID. I’ve never had a bad experience with a Nurse at SSM, it’s disappointing to see administration place working against the nurses as more important than even a public health crisis.
I have been waiting in the ER waiting room for over an hour after my doctor sent me here for possible internal bleeding and no bowel sounds. The staff could care less that I’m sitting the lobbing crying from pain.
