It was nice. The waiting room in The OUT PATIENT was great. The gals that volunteer their time were wonderful. Rose and I think Marilyn. The RECOCERY ROOM was just fair. The nurse wanted to go home...I get it..but my beautiful friend was RUSHED!!! I don't like to comment but this nurse was VERY inattentive and could have cared a less. Granted there was 4 women around my friend but she was the nurse in charge. PAY ATTENTION TO YOUR RECOVERING PATIENTS!! You made us ALL feel rushed after a DOUBLE MASTECTOMY FROM BREAST CANCER.... read more
Service was terrible! No matter how busy there were no one came in my room at the ER for an hour and twenty minutes! I just needed a couple stitches! Will never go there again!
Im still here. The doctors and nurse are the best. LAN MY NURSE GOES ABOVE AND beyond!
I never knew this hospital was so excellent. I was disappointed when I heard my brother was rushed there and not to chesterfield Mersey but soon realized he was in excellent care. I actually could not believe how excellent they were. You never had to find a nurse or doctor because they were always in the room. The care is exceptional!!!!!!!
Husband left out of a lot n turned away at important times
The nurses were wonderful!! The Nurse Anesthetist was awesome!! My daughter said it was the best experience she's ever had with an epidural!! The doctor was fabulous. Staff are so warm and friendly! They worked so hard to make sure my granddaughter was almost born prematurely at 30-31 weeks...they started her on the steroid to mature her lungs and shipped her to Mercy (my daughter's hospital choice for the transfer) in case the baby was born early ...because they don't have a NICU. Turned out she made it to 37 weeks, 6 days.... read more
