The worst hospital in the city. Bad service from the er to xray, ct scan,. No compassion from anyone. I live a mile from here and will never step foot in this place again. St Anthony's is a 6 star hospital compared to this dump.

I think that if you are going to work in a hospital, especially in the ICU, you should be able to speak clear, understandable, English. Our nurse we had it for three days in a row named Shay, A Chinese nurse, was not only almost impossible to understand but she was also very rude. Also one of the ICU doctors on staff during the weekend was very hard to understand because his English was not clear. we brought patient in from urgent care(they recommended it) and waited 2 hours. asked how much longer and was told 5 or more hours. patient was having an allergic reaction from a drug dr gave her. she had a fever of 103, was throwing up, had shakes, chills, and very upset. the didn't even clean up the puke. she couldn't even move her leg. and on top she has MS. this place SUCKS. TV will be my next call

I was recently admitted, emergency room staff was excellent ,but I had an unfortunate experience with one of my nurses. I had to physically argue with her until I was actually in worse pain over the fact that my pain medication was due only for her to keep telling me I had to wait another hour and a half, even though she was wrong, until I absolutely lost my composure and she actually counted 6 hours out on her fingers and realized I was right then proceeded to try to make me feel bad for having to scream at her. I have been treated for cancer for the last 30 months at SSM St Clare . I have never had a better experience with staff medically ever ... they are top notch and trying to get me cured !!

calling patients by their first and last name...HIPPA???? A young lady came in in excruciating pain crying and moaning and was told it would be at least an hour. no consoling the young lady or asking her symptoms. what horrible care. my daughter and I have been waiting for 4 hrs to be seen for her heart. The lack of empathy from t by e nursing staff is appalling. We won't recommend this hospital or come back.
