If you’re deaf- Don’t have a baby here. You don’t get to have an interpreter 24.7 and expects you to use VRI when they say so. Legally, we have the choice to choose what type of interpreting services we want and in this case, I wanted a live interpreter. VRI is not suitable to be used during high risk pregnancy/labor. I had to deal with this WHILE I was in labor and the entire stay fighting for an live interpreter instead of VRI. I have always received great care here. And because of the great care, so many people go. The Er is always full so u may have a long wait time. But they do their best to get things moving.
This is the worst ER experience I’ve ever had.!!Came in with my husband who’s been having chest pain and numbness in his left side. It’s been over 4 hrs and we are still waiting to be seen. Never again will I come to this ER!
My stepdad was left in the ER with a broken hip for 18 hours and then a week later they left my son for 8 hours don’t go there unless you have 2 days to kill.
