Patient care from staff is beyond horrid and the lack of communication. I’ve never witnessed such a disaster.
I brought my daughter here at 10:30 on a Friday night for treatment of an eye injury. The check in RN was polite enough but after 45 min of not being seen for triage, I asked why we haven’t gone to the back. There was only two other people sitting in the waiting room. The front desk are and said “we don’t have many doctors and we don’t have a room to put you in.” I told them, if you were a nurse and you don’t feel like her injury is threatening her eyesight, then I’ll just take her home and call her general doctor in the mor... read more

No thanks to Ms. Garrison, President for not wanting to help a patient whose hearing aid was lost while in her facility. All she and her staff want to do is quote policy's instead of doing the right thing. My mother will never be returning to this hospital over $1500.00. I hope you feel good about your decision Ms. Garrison. Health Care is about taking care of patients and many times that includes doing the right thing for a family and setting policy aside! I will not recommend your hospital to anyone.
why are so many people getting mis diagnosed?!? please stop going to this hospital! save yourself and find a different one!
RecommendedI had been there for 5 days and I had the BEST nurses and doctors looking out for me and taking care of me! They all honestly made sure I was constantly cared for and felt like home
We just had a baby,and the staff was just wonderful. They were the best!
Worst ER visit ever. Huge lack in patient care even at the holidays and they are quick to send you to collections even if your sending them money constantly to pay down your bill. Everyone says it’s illegal for them to do this but after Tami this of my visit and me paying them wham I went to collections. Never been in collections ever until now.
