3 stars for Dr. Nelson; 1 star for Dr. Samantha Kraemer of Urology who goes between here and Madison. Don’t trust her. I recently moved and she had been monitoring my kidneys for a specific issue for a few years. I usually would just get MyChart messages on any changes. Horrid my roommate is severely disabled and has cognitive disabilities, Allison Lynch saw her for a visit to establish care at this clinci and get her a mental health referral during this visit her CMA Erica L Nelson asked my roommate if she was up to date on her vaccines and told her that she was up for both a HPV Vaccine and a Tetanus Vaccine.
