Get ER doctors that want to help people and have the knowledge and patience to try and solve the reason a patient is there instead of trying to get them out the door as quick as they can. Also, the ER department needs better communication with their patients. I will never return to this ER again. My grandmother was brought in by ambulance on Monday July 20th. After tests they determined she has a severe heart issue. I should preface this with the fact that she has severe Alzheimers and Dementia. Tuesday night, they sedated and strapped her to the bed to keep her from roaming and tearing off her monitor. My mom showed up today with covid hours she wasn't allowed to stay the full time. My grandmother was out of it the whole time. She didn't even get lunch (she's also, diabetic). I went to this “urgent care” they bill as an emergency room visit. I have been dealing with this since October of last year. Do not use SSM or you will have the same outcome. I will never set foot in another SSM healthcare facility for the rest of my life and will advise anyone who will listen to do the same or you will be dealing with it 6 months later. I was supposed to be charged a $25 copay and was charged $250 because they bill like you went to an emergency room. I went to this office across from Walmart in a strip mall... read more

RecommendedThe labor and delivery nurses and doctors are amazing . I wish I could remember all of the nurses names. Jessica and Drew took amazing care of me and Jacklyn took great care of our baby girl in the nursery. Very thankful☺️
