my toddler was supposed to have surgery through Cardinal Glennon. I don't like how they communicate from Department to Department. I was given misinformation. his surgery had to be rescheduled twice. they may have good doctors but with lack of communication I'm concerned with errors in care that can occur. I felt very uneasy about having his procedure there. the types of mistakes that it seems like they're making it could cost the kid their life.
I have worked for SSM for 21 years and it is the best children’s hospital for me and my johnson crew!!!
The kindness and sympathy of the staff was wonderful, our Granddaughter was so ill with a infection, fluids X-ray, everything was checked to resolved her illness. Thank you soooo much, she was better without 24 hours. We highly recommended this hospital
Staff are compassionate, caring, professional and kind. I would never wish anyone to have to spend time in a NICU as a patient or family member, but if they must, Cardinal Glennon is full of the best healthcare providers I have ever had the pleasure of meeting.
