very unprofessional staff and if you have insurance they will not allow you to leave in a timely manner. they keep you to milk your pocketbook and insurance company. my step son was finished with a simple treatment at 9am and it's now after 1 PM and the nurse will not come to the room to remove the IV even after the doctors orders.

They have the most wonderful, caring staff. Very knowledgeable and understanding to a child’s needs and psyche. All to make a difficult situation a little more bearable. No place better for a highly active and slightly accident prone child. Thank you for everything you all do, from minor to major.

My daughter Haven was there for 4 days. The nurses that took care of her were amazing. Even though its scary your 3 year old is sick like that the staff made me comfortable. Thanks to all involved ❤
