I have called and filled out their contact sheet. They do not return calls or they schedule you but don't tell you about it. Last year they winterized my system and in the spring when I turned it on, my system won't work at the control box. I have to turn it on manually to get it to work.
Don't bother. They can't show up, don't call when they don't. I am surprised they can stay in business. After three scheduled appointments for the same thing, and still not here, I give up.
When you commit to being here at 8:00 am it should be 8:00 am, we are now at 11:00 am, i have had two conversations with your front desk person and still not a sign of a phone call from a Tech or arrival. That is poor customer service if you ask me, what happened up there you guys used to be pretty good?
Their actual service is decent, WHEN they can finally get to you. I've had problems scheduling appointments over the years, and this year they never responded to an email and didn't call me back (they said they would) when I needed my sprinklers blown out.
