Enjoyed both the morning sail to Manitowoc as well as the night sail back to Ludington. What a fun day on Lake Michigan.
We had an excellent trip on board the SS Badger. Lots to do, you won't be bored because the crew can keep you entertained. You owe it to yourself to take this trip at least once or twice. There is a great gift shop, movies, bingo, trivia games and a kids room to keep them occupied. Plenty of board games and card are available while you sip coffee or avail yourself of goodies from the snack bar. We were on our way back from a long road trip from Iowa visiting our kids Spent the night at my girlfriends house On our way home took a different route and loved it When it was in elberta Michigan our family would take it across to Wisconsin and it saved 4 hours extra drive time We cou k d hear the whistle from where we lived it was very loud coming in to the bay or heading out
Fun trip across Lake Michigan. Very efficient operation. Enjoyed the lounge chairs on the top deck.
Can't say enough great things about the Badger experience. For four hours across Lake Michigan you have something for everyone. Sleeping cabins, Bingo, bar, best popcorn ever, TV room, movie theater, kids play area, arcade and lounge chairs all around. The ship. Smooth as can be. We had a group and sat in the main area and played bingo and had a blast. Thank you!
