This trip was a lot of fun. I've always wanted to do this. The weather was perfect. The Badger staff were very nice and helpful. There are many things to do on board, and also quiet places to sit and relax. Lake Michigan is beautiful. Pure Michigan.

We had an awesome time. I was dreading it, but even my hard to pleae kids loved it.

Last Thursday was the first time I've been in the Badger in 18 years. I took the red eye over to Ludington and loved every minute of the trip. I was able to get a couple hours of sleep even without a state room. On the way back was just as good and I got to play Badger Bingo. I'm so glad I was able to sail again after so long.

Relaxing transportation to/from lower Michigan! Movies, board games, bingo, and arcade, oh my! Just watching the lake go by and the greeting at Ludington was terrific! The souvenirs were interesting, but we think we found the best one at the Big Sable Lighthouse -- a ceramic S.S. Badger ornament! The S.S. Badger round-trip was worth it to us!

Great trip except for the rain. But it was a good experience. The crew was very helpful and friendly.

Such a fun way to cross the big lake! We've taken the Badger a few times and enjoyed bingo, a glass of wine, and napped in the stateroom in the early crossing. It's like stepping back in time and so much fun! The ship is immaculate, and very, very clean. A fun thing to do with kids or your Mom! :-)

The trip across Lake Michigan was so nice thanks to the SS Badger and the great staff. Our trip from Michigan to WISCONSIN has never been so comfortable.

We just returned from a round trip to Manitowoc and it was such a wonderful relaxing and fun trip. Nate who runs the Badger Bingo sure is an asset to the company..he had us laughing so much and made the trip seem so short..Hated to see the trip end. The whole crew was fantastic and so friendly and helpful.. We got a special rate going through Groupon and will continue to watch for special deals..and we have told so many people about the Badger. My husband retired from the carferry after 40 years and so it is a treat to get o... read more
