The ferry takes passengers, autos, RVs, tour buses, motorcycles, bicycles, and commercial trucks across Lake Michigan between Ludington, Michigan and Manitowoc, Wisconsin from mid-May through mid-October.

We went on the shoreline cruise. It pirate/Caribbean themed. We had an amazing time! The crew was very helpful and attentive. The food and drinks were delicious. We were definitely pleased with the experience!! 2 thumbs up!!

On July 1st we were able to travel on SS Badger and the weather out on the lake was horrible. As choppy as it was I was a good sailor!!! Thanks for the experience-it was my husbands birthday present!!! He love the ole' historic ship!!!
My kids and I were first time riders. It was a phenomenal experience!
We had so much fun!! Between the bingo, movie theater, and toddler playroom for my son, the time flew by....the drinks from the bar, helped, too �
Very good, we had a lovely calm day. Food was tasty. Impressed with the movies and games set up to keep the kids & families occupied. Loved the corny Pirate jokes 😂 Our only disappointment was as a foreign tourist travelling on motorcycles, we had to supply our own tie down straps. Had to quickly buy a set! Not always easy as an overseas traveller. But all in all can highly recommend the S.S. Badger 👍
