It’s a nice community. The utilities are included ... It’s a nice community. The utilities are included in the rent aside from electric which is a relatively low cost for us. The central air is nice, a lot of places don’t have that and the new Amazon lockers are great! Keeps the packages safe!
Everyone has been friendly since I moved in this y... Everyone has been friendly since I moved in this year. Also, all my maintenance requests get answered and fixed right away. The only thing that I don't like is how you can hear whole conversations when someone is in the hallway. The door has no insulation.

It is the very first apartment I have ever had and... It is the very first apartment I have ever had and I am not young. I went from parents to husband to adult children, Squires Manor offered me a beautiful community with employees that are genuine, nice and hardworking. Plus the welcome gifts were such an amazing touch.
Verified Renter It’s ok close to all the grocery stores. Nice and quiet community. Only downside is that I been here four years and rent increase every year from $40 to $100 in a one bedroom apartment something I have never experienced before. Other than that I like the location.
I this is a great place to live. We are so close t... I this is a great place to live. We are so close to the park, and it is a quiet neighborhood. Any maintenance issues I’ve had have been resolved quickly, and the office is great at responding and communicating with the tenants.
Don't waste your time looking here Good people live here that is the only thing I would recommend. Halls and laundry rooms aren't cleaned properly. Mold! The pictures they show are not what it looks like!
